Since i moved in i have been asking for the fence around the glass door to be installed. Many times i went to office but all thé promesses were empty. There is a water leakage in the living room. I went 3 times to the office to have it fixed. All the attempts were not successful. As I’m writing this report, water is still dripping.

Tara Heights is very rundown. The pipes get backed up causing flooding on the bottom floors. Leaks in the roof causing stains and mold on ceiling. Moved into an apartment without being ket to see it first AND it had not been painted, just touched up. Hot water is always an issue. The dumpers are always overflowing. Parking is very difficult. I have often had to walk 2 blocks with groceries. Managers in office change almost monthly. There have been over 8 since i moved in, plus they don't follow through with what is promised anyway. All in all its a dump, i had weeds at least 2 feet high by my privacy fence that lawn care doesn't take care of. There is no plus side here, rents are fairly low but they raise them yearly to keep up with the area. Problem being there are no immensities like other places. They took my garbage disposal out because it broke and wouldn't replace it because the pipes were too old.

Difficult parking for guests. Either road of one of 5-6 spaces at far end of parking lot. Handicap guests have a long walk if they can find a spot

Pay over 1000 for outdated 1 bedroom. Prices keep going up and service/up keep goes down. Since Lund has taken over it is money money money. They don't care about the people.
