Somethings Right...Somethings Need Improvement

In the two years I've lived here the maintance response to request has greatly improved. Still some areas to improve but over all better than it was when I moved in. Want quiet? This place is very quiet yet friendly for children and pets. Close to interstate entrances, schools, churches and shopping. Terrace Garden Townhouses is a good place to live.

Not a great experience

I’ve been waiting over 6 months for a repair to be completed. As for amenities there is a pool here that has never worked. I want to say I love living here but I’m underwhelmed.

Pool is always closed

That’s my biggest complaint. We’ve lived here ten years and it’s been closed for at least half of that time. The playground isn’t really a playground. Maintenance is slow to respond, but a new company has taken over so I’m hopeful that will change. The office staff has always been super nice.
