Townhomes are not maintained well. If you have a maintenance issue youll wait 6 months ir longer for it to be addressed. This company does not care about it’s tenants. You can do better elsewhere!

The property is behind on Maintenance orders. I have orders that have not been processed for 7 months. Other than that the units are great sized. Quite Community. Clean. Family Friendly. And the Office Staff is the BEST!!!

I enjoy the area and my townhouse. The only con I have had is maintenance. I had a few issues that took a long time to get repaired. My only other complaint is children running around unattended.

In the two years I've lived here the maintance response to request has greatly improved. Still some areas to improve but over all better than it was when I moved in. Want quiet? This place is very quiet yet friendly for children and pets. Close to interstate entrances, schools, churches and shopping. Terrace Garden Townhouses is a good place to live.

I’ve been waiting over 6 months for a repair to be completed. As for amenities there is a pool here that has never worked. I want to say I love living here but I’m underwhelmed.
