I’m currently a new tenant and moving in apartment wasn’t all together. Both bathrooms were not finished and I’m still waiting on repairs a little disciplining coming into a new living experience.. I was told the apartment would be ready and it was not completely

I couldn't have asked for a better place to live. It completely fits my needs. It is totally quiet and my neighbor is a joy. Whenever I do have an issue, the maintenance people are quick to figure it out.

"I've been thoroughly impressed with the staff and maintenance team at Oakwood Trail Apartments! Shortly after moving in, I experienced an unexpected issue that required emergency maintenance. I was blown away by the rapid response - the team arrived within the hour, quickly resolved the problem, and even cleaned up the mess. The staff is consistently friendly, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring resident satisfaction. When I had a concern with a neighbor, they promptly addressed the issue and helped resolve it. Five stars isn't enough - I'm grateful to call Oakwood Trail home!"

They have rotweillers and german shepards on the property because i have had them come at me luckily they were on a leash. When you say your door is backwards they dont fix it properly. The manager is never in her office when you go to talk to her. They need more handicap parking for the real handicap people that have problems walking. I have never seen any dog park or playground for the kids to play on and the pond doenst even belong to the apartment complex, it belongs to omaha they are the ones that take care of it, but were being charged for all of this what if we dont have kids or dogs why should we have to pay for something we dont even use?
