I was told that I am getting a renovated apartment which why I am paying $100 more but to be honest, the non-renovated one looks better than mine. I have a friend who lives in non-renovated one and paying $100 less. And also I was told that all of my appliances would be black but it is not. Overall, I am really not satisfied with this.
