Tucked away from everyone but also within walking distance. Lots of open space, beautiful hard wood floors, plenty of storage:)

Plumbing problems, heating/air are difficult to regulate, maintanence is inconsistent and often ‘quick fixes’ or done with little effort

Communication is difficult. Things needed to be fixed are often not followed through. Changes in management alter times, availability, and ability to follow through on multiple issues that have been discussed many times.

The units are truly beautiful; open floor plans, wood floors, natural light, a ton of character and charm. The location is great, near a CVS, metro transit, and in Dundee. The biggest issues are the required wireless internet connectivity issues, parking- there are passes, but it is rarely enforced, and laundry. there are 2 units to be shared by all tenants, which has the tenant to unit ratio pretty high, oftentimes one is out of order, making it almost impossible to get laundry done at times.
