Quiet and well kept.

For the most part this building is quiet and well kept. I have lived here over 30 years. My main regret is not picking a place with an elevator.

Quality has def gone down. We need new doors and amenities

Ivw been hwre for a while and lover setsin adpects. We lack in quality. Lack in certain aspects. For ex. We need new doors on the apartment engrances and laundry room. Ive seen outside guests come iut ofnthr laundry room which doesnt make memfeelmsafe. We need cameras. Amenities rhst wouod be hekodul as temdants. Window cleaners. Inwas told to my hand out thr windo and wipe it myself. I live on the 3rd floor. Certain things lack attendance. The staff ia great jut rjey are only limited to thepwrmission they have from above.

Good location, street parking

Can be hard to find street parking if you dont pay for a spot in the lot. No elevator, can be loud. Washer/dryer system doesnt usually work. Good location in Dundee, close to underwood ave.

Great location, poor quality

Over priced apartment for what it is Very hot in the summer, even with wondow air, radiator heat is annoying in winter Littoe no no communication from landlord Apartment itself needs to be updated Loud neighbors on werkendsand late nights At base cheap, but utilies make go from affordable (650) tp way over prived 845$ Only benefits are the Dundee lovation and sone of the charm of the historic apartments

Great Location Good Apartments

I have lived at the Alhambra for about 6 years now and I am very pleased with the apartment. The management staff and maintenance staff are quick to resolve issues and you cannot beat the location and price.
