Wonderful place to live i’ve lived here for going on six years and I wouldn’t move anywhere else.

I love this apartment! It is older, which just adds character. Major problems are fixed promptly, minor things do take a but longer to get fixed but everyone I have worked with has been incredibly nice, and if they couldn't solve the problem they would follow up with someone that could. Utilities have gone up, but everything is going up right now so that isn’t a surprise. The building is over 100 years old, so no, it doesn't have as many amentities as a newer building but the location is unbeatable and at an affordable price. The biggest complaint is parking, which management recently made some changes to so hopefully that will help. Your neighbors in the apartment get to know you and look out for you which is also nice knowing that you have people watching out for you. Overall very good experience here! I definitely recommend to others.

Went for a tour. It looked like they polished a turd. Thick paint on all of the surfaces. Awkard layout, bedroom would be right next to kitchen with no door seperating the two. Hallways half painted blue and black. Random object in the stair wells. The neighbors dog was barking the entire time i was there.

Increased rent by charging more for utlities. Improvements does not mean a landlord special of a coat of paint.

Since I moved in last summer there has been a lot of work done to the property. Adam is really committed to making changes to improve the asthetic, safety, and cleanliness. I really appreciate the time, hard work, and investment. Adam, Tarrah, and Robert are always timely and responsive. Its so nice that they are all just a phone call away. Thank you for all that you guys do!!!
