One of the absolute best properties Ive ever lived in. Maintenance is quick and thorough. Sydney at the office is so lovely and always has time to listen. Ever since Sydney started managing this property it started to make this building feel a community and home. Noise level you eventually get used the fire department but the max is louder then you would expect. Walls are a little thin so its great when you have considerate neighbors.

Management on location is absolutely amazing from Shannon to Sydney they really care about the residents. Easy to get ahold of. Maintenance on call is amazing but on property is hit or miss. Neighbors here are not very respectful of one another and would be the main reason I would leave.

This is a great apartment to live in. However, the parking garage has constant maintenance and it can be very inconvenient and there is no compensation for the time and parking tickets.

This place is situated in the quiet part of downtown. It is affordable, clean, lots of amenities and perfect for a small family.

Its nice overall, attentiveness to maintenance in community areas could be better. The rooftop patio and the third floor outdoor area were big selling points for me but furniture is a little too rundown and smelly.
