My experience living here is good except for some bad neighbors. The apartment is exceptional and the landlord is very nice. I think some of the tenents take advantage of him but eveything about his building is good except one set of tenants he has is going to cause him money. But the property and landlord is exceptional wonderful.

I've lived here for about 8 months and it has been great! The unit is very nice, the location is awesome, being right across from midtown crossings. The option of off-street and unit parking is a huge plus (never have to worry about where you'll park). The on-prem shared laundry is an incredible value ($2 for wash & dry) and the units are mostly updated. I would like to see some improvements by way of mini-splits for AC vs having window air conditioners, but outside of that, everything else is awesome! Hard to find better value anywhere else.

Management and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. It is an older building that is nicely maintained but a few things (windows in particular) show some wear and tear. Overall I thoroughly enjoy living here and feel like it’s great value for the price of rent.

Love the location and the landlord is awesome. The property is well kept.
