Clean, nice space, cozy

I enjoy my space. It does feel small and lacking in amenities considering the price and in comparison to other options. There is nice security and I like the option for underground parking.

Great place

Really have no complaints. Great location, reasonably priced, and reliable. Amenities could be improved however but I understand it's a newer complex

Pricey for What you get

These apartments are very expensive for what you get. There are not good amenities especially compared to apartments of the same price. Packages are not left in a secure mail area. They left in the mail room at the entrance of the building that guests have access to.

Not a long-term place

Good location in that I don't have to drive often, I enjoy my view of the bike paths & the balcony. I chose it for location and the gym. But it's not somewhere I would be willing to be long term. For instance, garage door kept breaking and sometimes we weren't notified, which put my bike at risk without me knowing about it (luckily I noticed and put my bicycle upstairs). Garbage truck comes by at 3 in the morning a couple times a week right near my room which is very loud if I have the window open at night, which I was not notified of when I chose this room (!). No recycling other than cardboard despite me offering to help them set it up. Told to go to management if I have a problem with someone being loud after hours, instead of speaking to them directly, because otherwise it 'disturbs residents' (which felt like 'reporting' on someone instead of just being a neighbor). Some eye-rollingly badly-installed things that I needed to go to maintenance for to get repaired. You can only rent garage space for $70/month for 12 months, not just during the winter. Key pads intermittently don't work, which is hard for someone like me who's not interested in using the Latch app every time a door needs to be opened. False advertising on gym (I was told I didn't have to worry about it overcrowding in the winter). Some good things: maintenance repairs happen fast; one time a rando got into the hall and was screaming at 7 in the morning, I texted and someone came immediately to figure the situation out. I'm aware my lifestyle might be different than some. I guess overall I'd call it kind of a sterile place that seemed to do only somewhat okay at the things *I* needed it to do. But for what other people value it might be perfect. Hot water, good AC, responsive management & maintenance, good-sized balcony, good appliances.
