Review

The best quality of the property is the location but the problem with that is when you live on the South Side of the property you deal with the noise. Most notably the highly irritating music coming from Screamers across the street. A few other ther issue I am dealing with: 1. My doors won't stay closed (bathroom door as well as the door out the small patio). 2. There is a sewage smell coming from the drain that's inside my bathroom. It reeks in my whole apartment and I don't think there is anything I can do about it.

Great Down Town Option

The two years that I have lived in the Arena Lofts have been exceptional. It is quite possibly the best location in all of Lincoln Nebraska for a social individual. You are at most, a five minute walk away from all of the best spots in Lincoln for both, food and entertainment. The property managers are helpful and attentive to the residents.

Prime location in the Haymarket!

The best part about living in Arena Lofts is the location being right in the Haymarket. All the shops and restaurants are so easily accessible and I rarely have to use my car because everything is walkable. As a grad student, this gives me an easy 10 minute walk to campus and the complex is mostly grad students and working professionals so you don't have to worry about loud undergrads at odd hours of the night (except for Game weekends, of course)!
