I've really enjoyed my time living in the Arena Lofts. Location is fantastic, and staff/maintenance is very helpful and friendly. The nightlife gets a little noisy and the parking garage itself are probably the least desirable aspects in my opinion. It would also be nice if the 3 floor common room was converted into a gym or something that would actually see use.

I've lived at Arena Lofts for the last 5 years. Really great place to live. Great location, neighbors are quiet, parking garage attached via a skywalk. Great appliances. Really responsive managers and good maintenance. Only small downside is you may hear drunks yelling from the sidewalk when events or the weekend are happening. Hasn't really bothered me or woken me up ever though. Only main factor for the decision is can you afford it. It's a little pricey being downtown. But in this day and age, you get what you pay for. Arena Lofts is no exception. I like it and think it's worth it.

I live in the Arena Loft Apartments in a studio apartment. The apartment is magnificent. Stainless steel appliances, over and under washer and dryer, exposed brick and concrete, high ceilings, massive shower and private balcony. The apartment is virtually sound proof. Living in the heart of The Haymarket is incredible. There are times when the parking garage gets full, but other than that, I love my home.
