I like living here. Prime location in a rapidly developing part of town, and maintenance is prompt, competent and courteous, as are all the staff. The rent isn't a steal, but I feel like I'm getting what I pay for. The place is only a few years old and they do a good job with upkeep. Although there are quite a few students here, it's nice and quiet; not a party place. Residents are friendly for the most part.

Great location for biking
The construction is new and very high quality, so even when dogs in the building occasionally bark it doesn't affect the neighbors. Further, the location is great for commuting to downtown or getting anywhere around Lincoln on the bike trails. The price is a bit high for the lack of amenities (there's only one small gym for the three buildings in the complex, and the dog run is very small), but maintenance does a good job, the staff are responsive, and overall I am very happy with my unit.
