I have lived here for two and a half years now. It's a good, older community. The walls are thin so you can hear walking no matter what size a person is, and people going up and down the stairs sound like elephants. The grounds are nice, amenities are nice. Appliances are older and some need replacing instead of constant repair. And my fees have doubled since Lund took over managing, which is ridiculous when they have done nothing to make those fees increase.
