Not great. Everyone can't wait to move out of here. Only moved here because I had to escape my crazy ex and this was as far away as I could get. Now I'm moving to a duplex for only $650 1 br and it is under one of my friends who doesn't mind music played at reasonable levels. Pool only ever stays open a couple weeks Maybe a month or 2 max and it always filled with loud kids. Garbage is very far away, further than when I moved in 2023 because of them switching companies. Property managers can be rude and incompetent and have never stayed for more than 6 months before leaving or being replaced. No buzzer system with intercom for guests who are needing to be let in. Parking lot is a disaster and they refused to fix it off 70th St. They put rocks on it 1 time and that faded quickly. Always mowing the lawn at early hours in the morning. Only good thing is the location being by Holmes Lake. Not a fan but the physical structure of the buildings is decent and stable.

There's cars that sit and never move taking up what limited parking there is and I always have to park as far away as possible because of no assigned parking and people using spots for vehicle storage near 70th St.

I've lived at Georgetown about 6 months, been great so far! The apartment manager is great, makes all the difference! You should probably pay him more so he sticks around, it can't be an easy job. Thanks!
