Its a good sized studio with sliding glass doors and tiled kitchen area. Good for a single person

The apartment needs updating, the cabinets are very chewed up the floors unlevel and needs new carpet, but the price when i moved in was too good to pass up. However, after living here only 2 1/2 years the rent has gone up 24 % so it may not be worth it anymore.

Lived here 1 1/2. Great price and has everything I need, off street parking, laundry and water and trash included in the price of rent. It's close to a bike trail and the university/stadium. A conveniencestore/gas station is right across the street. Love living on the third floor and views of the capital.

This place has been incredible. My apartment is beautiful, and the price is great. The maintenance I have requested has been accomplished in a very timely manner. Overall, I am quite impressed with both this apartment and Century.
