I really like this apartment. Rent is a good cost for the experience I am getting. Not too loud, good maintenance experience, great AC. The road is a bit loud but that's expected. And I imagine if you get an apartment further from the street it would be better. Overall good apartment.

I've lived here for over 4 years and overall it's a good deal. Unfortunately the rent has recently gone up significantly but I don't think it's a matter of greed any more than it is a matter of the inevitability of our impending economic/currency crisis due to government abuse and overspending causing inflated property taxes for the management company... it's still one of the cheapest places to live in Lincoln so I can't complain too much. Even with that being the case, I may become homeless or worse if they continue raising rates. Maintenance is always quick to respond within 24-48 hours. Neighbors come and go but they are generally quiet and keep to themselves. The on-premise laundromat is okay. Overall this place is a good value for your money. Especially considering the location. But, Century, please stop raising rates.... Jesus Christ. Stop.
