Good place is more expensive every year not a problem we could have better roof since is old and smelly

Rent goes up for maintenance every year. Maintenance is minimal

Pros: Garage Neighborhood setting Park nearby Fairly quiet Laundry in unit Cons: Not very efficient, windows need maintenance. Air leaks need addressed. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on second level. Wish there was a garbage disposal.

Garage parking is tight and tough to get into. The apts are quiet however, and the tennants are low key. Price point if fair as well.

Has been a good 5 year experience........
