Historic building renovated into apartments in the downtown area. Nice area and locked building for safety. Parking is hit or miss due to limited availability and being so close to local bars and restaurants. Mostly a quiet complex with few concerns.

Great people here. Best location in town.

The location is great, but often times it is hard to get parking space due to a lot of non residents parking here too. Walls arent as sound proof as i was lead to believe. The rooms are very spacious and i love the kitchen and living room area.

I have lived here almost a year. The walls are paper thin and you can hear basically everything your neighbors do, commotion outside etc. Not pet friendly. However, the apartments are a good size, and are clean and well kept. They are income based so you do get good value for your money, which you can't find anywhere else in Kearney. They are also located downtown which is a convenient area.

This is a beautiful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. THe place needs some work, and parking is quite a mess, sharing with downtown businesses. Vehicles have been vandalized and targeted by police for ticketing.

I have lived in this location for a few years and love the location. I mostly appreciate having a secure area with locked doors to limit wanderers. My biggest concern is the continued marijuana or tobacco use inside the building. The second hand smoke / smell goes through the halls and the vent system resulting in other peoples apartments smelling. My other concern is the lack of (or very limited) proper insulation between units. You can hear pretty much anything your neighbor is saying or doing. Nothing much you can do about this now, however, still a negative. Overall, I really enjoy living in this unit.
