I havent moved in yet but Tammy has been very helpful and friendly through this process of getting ready to move in. The property is very nice, and everyone in the office seems very friendly. I look forward to living at Tradewinds!

Maintenance is wonderful. The quality of the apartments is sub par. A lot of people don't pick up their dog poop. The guy who comes out and gives out notices for every little inch over the sidewalk... or the decorations in a window is annoying. Won't renew lease, hasn't been the worst experience but definitely not the best.
