I've had a rough go at it but the apartments are cheap with decent space and washer dryer in unit. The apartment mostly just suffers from the constant trains and old building problems. Tenants are always moving in and out so make of that what you will

I have lived here for over 4 years. The staff is very attentive. Drawbacks are hard to navigate the parking lot, Families with kids are placed on top floors, and it causes disruptions with others. There is no handicap assistance anywhere. Staff is swift to repair any issues without many delays.
