Parking is not the best

There are many apartments that have 3-5 cars some only used once a month and use front parking spots. I think assigned parking would be best option

Amazing place to live

This place was my first place to live by myself. I heard horror stories from others about places they had lived. The staff is amazing every time I need something the managers is just an email or phone call away. She always gets back to me right away. Maintenance is also super nice and friendly when they have to come. They also come in a respectable amount of time. Neighbors aren’t as friendly but that’s ok not everyone is a social butterfly. As for parking some tenants have two cars and park the one they don’t drive in a spot closest to the door which is irritating considering it never moves. They have a nice area to walk your dog to go to the bathroom and a trash for poop but most people don’t pick it up. Overall like it here just a few small things that could improve.

Since the doors are made of steel they can be quite loud.

For the most part the place is great. Neighbors are not very friendly and do not pick up after their dogs.
