Emails need to be followed up on. For example: garbage dumpster area is disgusting and also the area outside entryways with the dog droppings not being cleaned up by the dog owners. Not a good first impression on visitors. Management could do walk throughs and take care of items that need to be addressed such as paint, broken door, missing trim in hallways and garbage in parking garage.

Location is great, however few of the residents living here are not the best. A few big dogs are unleashed, or on extreamly long cables. Some aggressive dogs and dog poop everywhere. Trash all over the property, community room inside the apartment is extremely loud when people use it; Blasting music past 10pm. Kid toys scattered all about with the trash. Gym is mostly unfunctional as most of the equipment is broken. However having a pond right beside the property and in a good part of West Fargo is really nice. If the other residents were held accountable it would be a very wonderful place to stay.

Moved in and the place wasnt clean, and carpets were not shampooed. Took picture of all damage of place before moving in. Not to happy with the turn out. But positive note is staff is amazing and I have a place for my kids and I after going through an emotional and bad break up.

No problem living here. It is quiet and there are no problems

Into our 12th year here and as the rent each year increases, I don't anything coming from it. The weight room has been a mess for years, there is no pool, club house or anything else. The underground parking area use to be cleaned and relined once a year. That hasn't happened in a long time. It is disgusting down there. Also, if any more water comes through the foundation when it rains, we could use it as a swimming pool!! The tenants don't have any repercussions for throwing trash everywhere, leaving dog droppings every where. Doors are propped open all the time. Hallways have burned out light bulbs for weeks. Since moving the management office across the street, this building is neglected and seriously overlooked. When Jim was here, maintenance issues were addressed promptly and fixed the first time. Now, it is a roll of the dice. Adding water, garbage (not sure how in the world that cost is determined) and more only makes it that much more expensive and for what?? What are we paying for???

Very spacious, the staff is polite and helpful, If i knew someone that is looking for a place to live i would recommend
