What others love about this property:
None
Maintenance requests do not get done. Management does not communicate with residents. Parking is nonexistent past 6 p.m. They told me the wrong address and so my mail was sent to the wrong apartment. Building hallways and entryway are disgusting.
Shadow Bay is 3 stars
Living at Shadow Bay has been pretty good. The apartment is beautiful but was obviously built quickly and with materials on the cheap side. The soundproofing is also lacking in our building but most people are fairly quiet. The management and maintenance are great to work with.
