Location and most things including maintenance are good. Snow removal is not good.

I have lived at Tuscany Villa for 7 years. Overall experience is good. The tenants are great never any noise or any problems ever. Staff is great if I have a problem it is taken care promptly. The parking could be better but overall not much can be done about it.

Residents have no consideration when it comes to moving vehicles so the snow can be cleared by the sidewalks. most of the winter my sidewalk is blocked..

Everything is great the only complaint I have is the quality of the cabinets. I know there is nothing you can do about it but it is annoying. I am very pleased the upkeep and parking has really improved .Also everyone picks up after the dogs..Really like that.
