Great area, quiet community, friendly neighbors. Love the private entrance, UT gives apartment living a house feeling. Great size apartments with amenities. It's been very relaxing to live in a property where you know the rental property has their tenants comfort in mind.

While rent seems a little high, you do get what you pay for. Private entrance and a close garage are a huge bonus. Friendly neighbors and management staff. Three area is growing so its becoming busier but the facility itself still feels secluded.

I have only lived here 6 weeks, but i am so happy with my decision to move into this property. I love everything about it! I think the best thing is it doesnt feel like apartment living. I love the private entrance and the close proximity to my double garage.
