Love the place but the rent went up too high

Love our townhome and we feel right at home here! However, buildings are not well labeled so deliveries are constantly getting to the wrong unit. Have reported this to our property manager and were told its best to just get a PO Box (that is not a solution). Also when contacting property manager on any issues we are made to feel like a bother. They can improve.
