My wife and I lived in the townhome for 4 years, and overall it was a great time for us. The pricing is fair due to the size of the living space, and how recent it was built. Walls are quite thick, so noise has to get pretty bad to be super noticeable. Maintenance was great with fixing things, although sometimes you need to contact the office directly if something needs to be done sooner. Location was great with a lot of great restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance for us.

We loved living here for 3 years. We truly enjoyed the location and layout of our townhome. There really are no amenities included in the townhomes. It would have been nice having a gym, pool, etc., because we were paying comparable to places that did have those amenities. The staff was okay. It depended on who you talked to. Sometimes they could be short and other times they could be very kind. The noise was terrible. The adjoining neighbors seemed to always be loud as the walls must have been thin. The maintenance team was always pretty fast to respond to things that needed fixing.
