Poor neighbors, don't know how to be neighbors. Pot smoking, don't move cars for snow removal, loud. Don't respect THEIR neighbors' space. Other neoghbors leave dogs outside barking and trash the grounds. Maintentance requests have been swift and friendly for us, we appreciate understanding with the late rent each month as we're still recovering from a 2-year job loss and are aiming to improve this each month.

So far, I’ve enjoyed living in my townhome. I love the location, have wonderful and respecful neighbors and the staff has been understandinf a pleasent. I would reccomend living here to others.

I enjoy living at my townhouse and so far have had a great experience with my neighbors and staff.

Positives: Very nice layout in to the townhouse. Maintenance always comes when asked. Everyone is respectful of one another in the area. Negatives: After living here for 3 years the rent has been raised tremendously. There is also little to no yard space for kids to play.
