Maintence takes awhile to happen, people at the front office are kinda ditzy, and we got a letter stating we would have to pay for some amentities when it turned out to be false and nothing was said about it until brought up. Alarm in the front entrance goes off all the time for errors

I've lived in a couple different apartments under the Parkwest Gardens office and it has always been a pleasant experience. Apartments are reasonable, and staff are always friendly and helpful.
