I’ve been here 8 years and we’ve had three different managers. None take the effort to assure the common area is clean on a frequent basis.

I have lived here more than 5 years. This is the 3rd property management company. An appreciated attempt has been made to decorate the common areas. Requested repairs have been addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Common areas remain poorly serviced. Garages are in poor repair. Security doors are often propped open. Air conditioner is outdated, too small, and inefficient.
