Diamond Creek 407

We’ve enjoyed living here the past few years. My only complaint is that rent has gone up over 500.00 in the four years we have lived here, which seems a little steep to me.

We’re in Fargo. That’s what counts. West Fargo is nicer than Fargo, I highly recommend. That’s about all I’m going to say. The private garage is also a very nice perk, albeit a little tight.

Want to live in the country. With a yard.

My family moved in from out of state, and we're very happy to be here. This home has made the transition to the new area a relatively easy and comfortable one, and for that we are grateful.

Experience has overall been very good. The location is nice and accessible to all of West Fargo. Being on Sheyenne makes morning commutes to work simple and getting to various locations throughout town quick. Neighbors at times are quite noisy between pets and loud vehicles it can be a bit much at times. Also the nighttime street racing on Sheyenne can be excessive. The parking situation is rather horrendous and is my primary complaint. My pickup barely fits inside the garage and only if I touch the bumper to the wall. This means I have to park outside my townhome but dude to the narrow access driveways parking is difficult. It also makes it impossible for two people to drive past each other at the same time. Plus everybody speeds in the parking areas including around the blind corners. Outside of the parking though I very much enjoy living at Diamond Creek. The townhomes are nice and spacious for a smaller family and the floorplan works well to make use of every bit of space you're given.
