Theres a metal container or something at the west end of the building that has been there, next to the building for over a year, and needs to be addressed. I have had ants since last year and still lingering, Winter months here are a disaster when it comes to maintaining the walk ways, garbage area and parking lot. The grass has been torn up, and holes made from the maintainers getting stuck and a big rock moved, none of it has been fixed. Rock beds , some of the flowers were not cut back in the fall and left to look hidious now in the spring. we have several trees ( about 6 I think)that are either dead or need attention, mostly on the west end of the building. Lawn care ,rock beds, flowers all, has a lot to be desired. The parking lot parking spaces could use a fresh coat of paint also. Garden is full of weeds and knowbody seems to want to clean it up.. Still waiting to have my windows caulked for two years and cracks in a corner wall of my bedroom. Rent is way to high for handicap apts, with no drawers, no storage, cabinets are to high to reach, Replaced my refrigerator with a smaller one..I didn't originally rent for a smaller refrigerator. most apt.s are running at the same rate which is unfair when handicap apts. have less space for storage , no padding under carpet. Rooms are small for what we are being charged.. This is not the same place i first moved into 8 years ago.

6 years .. Winter maintenance , the garbage dumpster area is a disaster... Every time the wind blows or it snows the dumpsters are blocked and the person in the last garage can't back out because the snow piles up directly in front of her garage all the way to the building. You can't get up to the dumpsters to put the garbage in without wading through 2 ft' of snow... you can't get to the rear of the dumpsters because it's piled full of snow inbetween the two, so the front gets filled and you can't get to the back,, we are told not to put the garbage on the ground , yet we can't get to the backside to open lids to throw the garbage inside... we have complained , but still it continues. Same with side walks to entrances.. most of the time are blocked leading to the dumpsters.. There is no salt or sand on the parking lot. Many have slipped going to there garages and at our age fear of breaking a hip or worse... would be nice to have continuous service to these areas of concern..

The noise level in the (past 5 years) has been extremely intolerable ... the tenant before in #207 had children running back and forth all hours, early morning till early morning. The present tenant , has a girlfriend who has taken up residency here for the past, I believe 2 years, who comes and goes at will, uses the amenities. Such as space in the the handicap parking weeks at a time..has a handicap sticker to do so..because of a knee surgery, yet can wear 3" heals. She wears in the apt #207, walks back and forth on that kitchen floor, drops jewelry , drags her luggage across the floor all hours of the day and night... whats worse is anytime between the hours of 10 pm - 5 am. they decide to be playful , and in and out of bed all night long. I have been woken up numerous times by either someone falling out of bed or the bed squeaking and/or just clomping around... and i do mean CLOMPING! They could at least do it quietly, but NO... They don't adhere to rules and he should never had allowed her to move in in the first place. They have different address's, for purpose of cheaper rent , but live together as a married couple. Not on the lease, yet enjoy free stuff as those who live here who pay for these extra's are paying for her share also... Is that even fair.... Our rent goes up every year while this continues openly....
