Good place to live

Everyone seems very friendly. Maintenance is very prompt about taking care of any problems. There are garages for residents but other parking is limited. Have had no problems with security of the building.

Not the best

Overall a decent apartment, on site laundry is pretty bad. Half of the machines are always broken and do not clean very well. They do not even check to see if things are running here, there are machines that have been broken since I moved in.

It's satisfactory.

Tough to get things fixed or properly replaced. They would rather keep using "tape" on broken things rather than replace the problem. Laundry room is going to be out of workimg machines at the rate it's going.

New tenant review

New to building but so far building is very quiet and clean. Maintenance was very quick to come and do a couple of things after my check in. Staff was very quick to respond and act on the incident that i had with the roofers that were here that recked some of my deck decor and plants.
