Very outdated. Needs to be updated on everything. From parking lots, so security systems to inside the apartment units

I have been living here for 14 years and for the most part my experience has been pretty good. This last year however the service has been pretty bad. I took 10 months for them to get new mail box keys for me, and I have been living without air conditioning for the last couple of weeks. They are VERY SLOW at maintenance requests.

Staff is friendly and reasonable when you can get ahold of them. Hard to get anyone out to fix things. Shortcuts are taken that have short term results rather than actually fixing the issue. Maintenance doesn't pick up after themselves sometimes. Drywall pile in front of building for months. Glass pile in back of building going on at least 6 months now. Back door handle/lock keeps breaking over and over so people can't get out or in the door for days. Door lock keeps being fixed when it needs to be changed to a different kind of lock so it stops breaking.

I like the view from the balcony! The neighbors can be a bit noisy sometimes but that’s apartment life. The property manager is a great woman who knows how to manage her sites.
