Nice and quiet area, and when the washer and dryer stop working on the second floor they put in new ones with no charge!

Old, cramped, spartan

+ Relatively conveniently located. + Affordably priced - communal washers and dryers - washer/dryer functionality situation is abysmal and has been for years - dogs are allowed, so there's barking noise in the building and dog waste surrounding the building during winter - parking lot commonly runs the risk of flooding tenants garages during spring snow melt - not enough garages for each apartment unit - old, cramped building so nothing but apartment units and utility-type rooms; no amenities such as fitness room, communal meeting room, pool, etc. - if winter weather conditions are exactly perfectly wrong, snow drifts build up inside the building at the north entrance - receiving parcels not shipped via the USPS, such as from UPS or FedEx, is a significant nuisance
