Really nice apartments if weren’t neglected by management because we are not in Fargo. They dont trim the plants down in the winter so they dont gror in as nice in the spring. They neglect that we have really hard water wheb it was not like thaf with previous ownership.

There is no Maitenance the snow removal is absurd. There was heavy snowfall last year and it took 2 get it cleared. Ive been without a dishwasher for over 6 minths and have multiple requests for a year n a half

Things dont get done in a timely manner when request submitted. Snow removal was definitely not done in a timely manner (2-3 days unacceptable). Needs community areas professionally cleaned at least monthly.

Very disappointed in the lack of filling requests and the amount charged for simple request. They follow up when they want money but not when requested to call.
