Maintenance is meh... but there is a hiring/staffing problem so I get it. The company will sell you on high expectations and not follow through. All around though I am happy with my situation here. I just fix my own stuff.

I enjoy my space and apartment. A few things didn't get fixed after my move in inspection but it's not a big deal. They were small and was able to fix myself.
