Cleanliness and security
We have a few complaints regarding the cleanliness of the building these days. The hallways and stairs are like a pigsty. The kids are running thru the hallways screaming and throwing their garbage on the floor. The front of the building is also covered in garbage and broken cement. The dumpster area is also surrounded by garbage. We have been here for 17 years and this is the absolute worse it has ever been. The security system also is becoming a problem. Besides the kids running thru the halls, they are also running in and out of the doors and leaving objects between the doors to either keep them open. If a resident moves the object, the kids will push on every buzzer until someone answers to let them in. Because of the propped open doors and misuse of the buzzer/intercom system, there is essentially no security in the building. This has to stop. I am sure we are not the only residents complaining about this. I hope you can do something to fix this.
