Its good enough. Price is just barely worth it. Maintenance team is awesome. Management company doesn't seem to he as hard working as they are.

Management company won't fix anything unless legally obligated. The Office rep themselves told me the owner was cheap. Good location. Can be noisy.

Maintenance is meh... but there is a hiring/staffing problem so I get it. The company will sell you on high expectations and not follow through. All around though I am happy with my situation here. I just fix my own stuff.
