I have lived here a year now and I am fairly satisfied with the property. Some of the features are really fragile, such as the runners on the closets and the blinds going out to the balcony. The location is close to Lake Agassiz, and a bus route, but do not depend on the busses being your most convenient travel option (especially in winter). The busses are on time, but you really need a car to get around town. Once you have that, a lot of things are only 10 minutes away!

I have not had anything to complain about. The expenses are within my abilities to pay and nothing in the apartment is falling apart in any shape or form. However, there is a challenge of being surrounded by families that have their children out in the streets late at night. Sometimes people ring the intercom after midnight (2-3am) without caring that families could be asleep.

These apartments are by far the best option for college students. Everything a student could ever need is in very close proximity even walking distance. Campus is only a 5 minute walk. The apartments are very nice but also affordable with a great community.
