I’ve lived at Campus Place for over 1.5 years now and it had been the best living situation I could’ve asked for in college. Campus Place has a great location to the University of North Dakota and it makes it so convenient to be able to walk to class rather than driving every single day. One of the things that keeps me coming back and resigning my lease is the staff and the turn around time that it takes to get fixings done on the apartment. I have called in a clugged drain and it was fixed within hours. My roommates and I love the size of our apartment and it’s perfect for exactly what we need during these years of our lives.

I love campus place 6! its always clean and the staff is very helpful! the noise from the street and the train track can get to you though.. that would be my only complaint

I have only lived in the campus place building for a few months now, but I find it well-maintained, clean, and cost-effective. With most units having in-unit washers and dryers, dishwashers, and other quality-of-life amenities, for the cost of rent, I do not think you could find a better apartment building. As a student at UND, proximity to campus is a #1 priority for me, I have a shorter walk to class now than I did when I was living on campus. The parking situation for me is the best I've ever had, I have a walk-out glass door and my car is parked less than 10 feet from it, it's great!

Campus Place has nice apartments, and for the past year I have really enjoyed living here. The apartments are clean and laid out well. It's a close walk or drive to campus, especially for aviation students, and there's a bar, restaurant, gas station, and Red Pepper within walking distance. Live here for a pleasant place to live while you work or study at UND.
