It was ok no real amenities but the apartment was super updated and nice. Washer and Dryers never really cleaned well, the heat was sporadic and it ran my bill up siper high.

Great place to live, location is very ideal for me, relatively quiet community. Price feels a bit steep and continues to increase and is the only negative I have right now.

I have absolutely loved living at the Gardens! The facility is always clean and well maintained. Maintence is handled very quickly. It has been a wonderful place to call home. The facility is quiet with friendly neighbors. I would absolutely recommend living here to anyone. The only thing I wish was that more utilities were included instead of us paying all utilites. Other than that, no complaints!

I really enjoy living at the Gardens! Managament and maintenance has been great and very responsive. Apartments are well kept with great amenities.

Place is not run as well as the past years. People smoking weed in their apartments and stinking up the halls and elevators. Have called the office to complain but they say all they can do is post the no smoking policy. People tie their pets out on the first floor so their dogs are pissing on peoples cars and not being picked up after for days so there are piles everywhere. People also park their trailers for months taking up what little parking is available even though they are not supposed to "store" their trailers. Rent goes up dramatically every year as well. I understand it must but I have never lived anywhere where rent goes up that much each year. Used to be a nice place to live but not so much anymore.
