I have lived here for almost 2 years, it’s a beautiful place to live. The neighborhood & space is definitely worth the price. But my family & I feel like this apartment complex is too expensive for the little amenities that they offer. At Cardinal Point there is a pool, game rooms, community rooms, a huge gym. This complex lacks in the amenities. The gym is small. The game room is limited to one building. We’re just paying for the aesthetic & nice neighborhood. So in the future I hope newer residents get to experience more amenities.

It was ok no real amenities but the apartment was super updated and nice. Washer and Dryers never really cleaned well, the heat was sporadic and it ran my bill up siper high.

Great place to live, location is very ideal for me, relatively quiet community. Price feels a bit steep and continues to increase and is the only negative I have right now.

I have absolutely loved living at the Gardens! The facility is always clean and well maintained. Maintence is handled very quickly. It has been a wonderful place to call home. The facility is quiet with friendly neighbors. I would absolutely recommend living here to anyone. The only thing I wish was that more utilities were included instead of us paying all utilites. Other than that, no complaints!
