Hire Cleaning Crew

The living condition is above average with plenty of room. Having a garage is a necessity and much appreciated. The maintenance team is fantastic: very quick response time, friendly, and definitely know what they're doing. In my experience trying to contact the office staff is nearly impossible but they're helpful when you do reach them. The parking is rarely a problem which is great. My biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the hallways and stairways. It's been about 3-4 months and the same dried mud pile is on the stairs, a used plastic toothpick, and a bunch of miscellaneous small trash pieces accompany the mud pile. You can tell it's been a while since anything has been cleaned in the common areas. A spider has made quite a home for himself in the entryway, I like to check on his work daily to see how big his web gets. It's at about 5inches in diameter at this point. Guess he's keeping the pests away from the trash in the stairwell.
