Just loud sometimes from other apartments. Not too fancy, nothing involved with it. Simple living.

I’ve lived in the same apartmet for 5+ years and resolution of concerns along with parking lot and common area cleaning has significantly decreased. When I call to the leasing office to express concerns, I don’t seem to get a clear answer from any staff. I am repeatedly told to refer to the portal for various things including rent renewal, and nothing is entered into the portal.

When i first moved in it was under a different property manager. They provided 2 year leases and gave me a discount if I signed up for that. Now, under Goldmark, my rent has increased by 50-75 dollars each year and no discounts, or 2 year plans. The propert is nice and close to Wal-mart. Maintenance is quick, and the noise is minimal unles the neighbors are slamming doors or cabnets. Kids running in halls or dogs barking in halls is bothersome but can’t be controlled.

Maintenance issues are addressed promptly, however the cleanliness and upkeep of the property has not been well maintained. The building is smoke free, but the garage and other common areas frequently smells of smoke, regardless of how many complaints we file.

Hallways havent been vacuumed in months. Garage hasnt been swept in over a year. People smoke in the garage and people let their dogs poop in community garages but rent continues to go up while cleanliness goes down.

The hallways could be cleaned more. The hall would get cleaned once a week. Now it feels like once every couple of months. When you see the same garbage and dirt on floors its a little embarrassing. The garage could use a cleaning with a leaf blower like it has in the past. Also the dog poop on the grass is gross. people need to clean after their pets. It's not our fault that tenants are lazy. Can't even walk in the grass without worry of stepping in it. Everything else A+. Thanks
