Its a nice place to live although living right next to the stairs is extremely loud, hearing stomping 24/7 haha but other than that its great.

I have had a amazing experience this past year of living here at Grandview 2 apartments, I recommend a good friend and has moved in the same building, we sit out in her or my balcony and enjoy the view around, also have met a few neighbors very friendly, the staff are also on top of everything that needs to be addressed right away, thank you for all you do .

I've lived here since August 2021 and will be leaving around the end of June 2023. I have liked my experience here. It has been simple and affordable. I liked how close my parking spot was and having an assigned spot to ensure I always have somewhere to park. My only complaint would be the community washers and dryers but all-in-all it's been a good first apartment for a single person. I would recommend it to others in a similar personal and financial situation.
