Woodhaven Place II

when my first request to investigate the raining ceiling in my bathroom I was hoping that the building manager had directed the maintenance to fix the plumbing problem above me, it was ignored and allowed to continue until my bathroom ceiling fell in. Then it took a week to fix and then I had to call the office to get at least some of the cleanup done. The drywall guys came back and cleaned up, (they did use my broom on wet drywall mud so the bottom of my broom bristles were white). Maintenance never returned to even vacuum the bits of pink insulation fluff out of the carpet out of my path to the door and collect the drying units used on my carpet. no one has been in contact about getting the carpet deep cleaned.

Ive continued to live in this unit due to location and amenities being within my price range. Individuals who live in this apartment continually have garbage in halls, smoke inside, steal your mail, break the doors to enter into the building, smere food on the walls, and more. Management is difficult to get ahold of when you have concerns. They do their best to have cleaners come and theyve been doing a great job, however the residents continue to trash the halls.

Maintenance does there job when they can. The rest of the staff is unhelpful and not listening or trying to understand their tennants needs.

My living here is good for now appreciate you guys for always showing up when ever I call

It's mostly good. Most neighbors are considerate of others and the building's parking lot and entrance is usually plowed in a timely manner.

Does not seem like management takes pride in keeping up the place in order. The halls and stairs need weekly cleaning but does not happen. The elevator is disgusting with the carpet being soiled so badly. Maintenance states they never received the email when you want something repaired.
