Been here many years. Pretty spendy but the same everywhere.

I have lived here for a year. The location is nice due to its central location, but right next to I-29 so there is lots of highway noise. The walls are very thin, I can hear every conversation my neighbors have, and their cabinets and drawers slamming. Many neighbors leave their trash lying around in front or in back of their townhomes, and it blows around into others' yards and driveways, plus it looks really trashy. Neighbors can be rude and get angry with you if you ask their kids to not kick balls against YOUR garage or walls. My garage door is dented and we have scratches on our cars due to the neighbor kids. Maintenance is extremely slow to respond, some requests take several months. The windows and doors are old and foggy/leaky and need replacing, and there is no garbage disposal. Snow removal and yardwork are fast and regular.

We have lived here many years and love it. Only complaint is the rent increases. Just jumped up so high the last few years.
