Wheatland Townhomes 3

I have lived here almost 1 year. It would be nice if there were some updates done. The heating units have pieces that keep falling off.

Thomas the maintenance person assigned to this building is very friendly and helpful. He is quick to respond.

Lived here about 2 years. The flooring is nice. The garage floods anytime it rains or the snow melts. Getting timely maintenance is non-existent. If I put in a request, it takes weeks to over a month to get done. I can hear my neighbors too much. There's a lot of trash in the neighborhood. The mail system is a little weird and wasn't explained properly because the number on the box doesn't connect with the numbering of the house and we had to figure out which one was our mail box.

I've been here for 2 years and moved here from a nicer Valley Rental property because I wanted more room and liked the idea of a townhouse. The place had new flooring, paint, blinds, washer and dryer when I moved in - nice! The building is settling and water drains into the garage, so garage is wet nearly all the time. Only a couple blocks from freeway, so very noisy. No trees along street here, very stark. Maintenance is a challenge. I have to wait months for repair to anything, but when they finally happen they are done very well. Nice to have garage attached. Rent used to be spot on for Fargo - a bit higher than average but a little more room too. Has recently been raised 25% and is now way overpriced for the neighborhood.

Pretty decent place to live, the apartments across the street are busy. Interstate is nearby and can be noisy sometimes but overall is not too bad.

Have not had the best service when it has came to maintenance and the staff. Love where I live and the location. But the service I receive is not very great.
