As the title states, no one seems to take maintenance requests seriously, and when you try to call, they won't pick up the phone, and it just leaves you at a voicemail box.

I have lives here for over 6 months. Upon move in we had submitted over 3 work orders for damage in the unit. Currently, 1/3 work orders have been completed and we have called multiple times. This is a very frustrating experience.
