Good neighborhood, townhome, parking, and amenities like washer & dryer included! Unless it's an emergency it is hard to get maintenance over in a timely fashion and my property manager can take several days to call me back or respond back in email.

Take forever do do any maitance. Staff members apparently don't know the difference between minimum and maximum. Can't physically show you were policies are in the lease, off their website or out of the handbook. If you have to terminate your lease because employment is making you move they charge you for rent even if you don't live there until they find a new tenet even with a written 60 day notice. Had so many issues when we signed the lease. They were saying we had things in our unit that weren't even there. They changed our signed lease right in front of my without having me agree or resign a new lease.

Lived here for 3 years now and it is alright. We have had multiple issues with our neighbors yelling in the middle of the night screaming at eachother. I have had to call the cops at least 2x in the past 3 months on my neighbors for domestic issues. It always smells like weed or cigs from my neighbors as well. It is an affordable 3bed 2bath so I can't complain too much.
