Why Renters Love It Here
Pretty decent
Good spot. Close to the interstate as well as University and 32nd. People are pretty respectful, the most thing you gotta fight for is a decent parking spot in winter if you have a bigger vehicle.
Decent
Great location, great management staff. Noise is to be expected, being so close to the highway.
I'd say decent
Good location, great price!! You get the occasional noisy neighbor, but kids are kids, after all. No biggie. Parking in any time other than winter is great. Once hard snowfall hits, people don't remember where the lines were, leading some very unfortunate parking. Get yourself a garage.
You get what you pay for. 4/10 stars
Hi, I've been here for about 9 months and I understand why the rent is cheap. Employees are nice, not much interaction with anyone except maintenance, but they're nice and do their job to the best of their ability. Maintenance does a good job with repairing (inside the units) but not so well when it comes to the building itself. The back door has been broken 6/9 months since I've been here. No security except for a locked entrance (which, packages still get stolen). The parking lot only gets plowed once per wintery season and garage doors are of the lowest quality. No building rules are followed (Noisy pets in units, smoking on premises, etc). They advertise fast wifi speeds but they're quite average. Laundry machines leak water and show signs of damage but good luck trying to enter a maintenance request for anything outside of your unit. Lastly, the garbage situation is horrendous, there's only 1 container for 36 units and there are times it only comes twice a month, they (trash people) also tend to leave a mess when they empty the container.
Pretty Good
Pretty good time here! The neighbors are nice, they don't usually steal you packages in the mail. Parking is great unless you have a large business vehicle, then it can be a struggle at times. Night noise can be pretty high, but a few fans can block that out. Rent and utilities are cheap, and the people managing are really nice! Politeness and respect goes a long way. Would live here again
