Close to work. Very quiet with current renters. Apartment manager answers texts promptly.

This building is basically pretty quiet. I just mind my own business and stay in the apartment.

A very cool property with the end units having fireplaces. Very unique and nice layout, lots of storage space, balcony, individual water heater, and somehow is still is one of the cheapest units in the area.

I love living here. My Maintenace requests are taken care of in reasonable amount of time. Neighbors appear to be friendly. I am lucky enough to live next to laundry which I love. Most people are pretty respective of others as far as noise, at bedtime, or a crying baby once in a great while, but that's to be expected. Landlord, and building Manager all seem to be nice, good people and do a good job at their jobs. If you need and help with understanding something, they are always willing to help. Overall, I really like living here.

I Love the garden level. It's Convenient for me to my work place. Landscape of rock garden around the building needs to be cared for more.
